Jako Girls Who Test spotykamy się regularnie w swoim gronie, ale istotą naszych działań jest wychodzenie z wiedzą na zewnątrz, do koleżanek i kolegów po fachu, do osób spoza świata testerskiego/QA, a nawet spoza branży IT.

Nasze ostatnie wystąpienia:

# 2-3.04.2016 – wykłady i warsztaty „Test Carrots” organizowane w ramach Geek Girls Carrots. Relacja z wydarzenia na najpopularniejszym polskim portalu testerskim. Były to pierwsze warsztaty testowania z GGC na świecie.

# 6.04.2016 – Lightning Talk (kilkuminutowe wystąpienie „oświecające”;) na Frontowni na temat istotności kontroli jakości, oraz o podobieństwie spraw QA i UX  -> LT_presentation.

# 20.04.2016 -poprowadziłyśmy mini-warsztaty z testowania dla poznańskiego TechKlubu poznańskiego TechKlubu.

# 9.06.2016 – poprowadziłyśmy warsztaty z testowania dla poznańskiego WiT podczas 3. spotkania poznańskich Women in Technology.

# 11.08.2016 – nasz pierwszy, własny panel dyskusyjny 🙂 pierwszy w Polsce pozakonferencyjny panel dyskusyjny, temat „Grey box testing – czy szara skrzynka istnieje?”.

# 30.08.2016 – Testowanie piwa/napojów nad Wartą – pierwsze testerskie piwko w Polsce! 😉 Ku naszemu miłemu zaskoczeniu nie jeden, nie jedna panowie i panie, obcy sobie ludzie, w środku tygodnia (wtorek!) przybyli do nas pogadać przy piwku. To było fantastyczne! 🙂

# 3.09.2016 – Lightning Talk „Ruby on tests” podczas Rails Girls Poznań 2016 – bardzo doceniamy zaproszenie od Rails Girls – dzięki takim inicjatywom możemy szerzyć idee i wiedzę o testowaniu oraz kontroli jakości oprogramowania u początkujących programistów, a jak wiadomo w tym przypadku: im prędzej tym lepiej 🙂

# 29.09.2016 – rozszerzony panel dyskusyjny „Biała skrzynka, czarna skrzynka… szara skrzynka? Czy szara skrzynka istnieje?” podczas największej testerskiej konferencji w Polsce – TestWarez (bardzo udany, wręcz płomienny!)

# 20.10.2016 – nasz drugi w Poznaniu panel – panel dyskusyjny pt. „Tester – ‚prawa ręka’ Product Ownera lub Project Managera?”. Coraz nas więcej na panelach! 🙂

# 1.12.2016 – panel dyskusyjny z Gościem Specjalnym, Michałem Buczko: Testerskie Rozmowy #3: Kręte ścieżki eksploracji (o testowaniu eksploracyjnym)

# 3-4.12.2016 – Warsztaty Girls Who Test w … Warszawie – zobacz nagranie z jednej z prelekcji (Piotr Wicherski o testowaniu aplikacji mobilnych); partnerstwo m.in.z testerzy.pl

# 13.12.2016 Testerze, rekrutuj się! – spotkanie od Girls Who Test (spotkanie dla testerów chcących być zrekrutowanymi, dla rekruterów chcących zrekrutować testerów, jak i dla wszystkich, którzy chcą być atrakcyjnymi pracownikami na testerskim rynku pracy)

# 21.02.2017 – pierwszy panel dyskusyjny w Warszawie! Temat: Komunikacja (w zespole, dev-tester, PO-tester itd.)

# 23.03.2017 – panel dyskusyjny „Projekt projektowi nierówny”, Poznań

# 27.03.2017 – pierwszy panel dyskusyjny we Wrocławiu! 🙂 w ramach festiwalu Geek Week Wro

# …i wiele innych, które od 27 marca 2017 zdążyłyśmy zrealizować! As Girls Who Test we meet regularly, but the core objective of our activity is sharing the knowledge with the people outside, other testers, but aespecially the people outside the testing/QA or even outside the IT world.

Our recent presentations:

# 2-3.04.2016 – lectures and workshops „”Test Carrots” organized as Geek Girls Carrots. Report from the event on the best known Polish testers website.

# 6.04.2016 – Lightning Talk (few-minutes-talk) during the Frontownia meetup, on the importance of quality assurance and on the QA’s similarity to UX issues  -> LT_presentation

# 20.04.2016 – presentation at local TechKlub meeting.

# 9.06.2016 – 3. meeting of Women in Technology Poznań.

# 11.08.2016 – our self-organized discussion panel 🙂 the first in Poland not-in-conference discussion panel with the topic of grey box testing „Does the grey box exist?”

# 30.08.2016 – Testing the beer/drinks by the Warta river – first ‚testers’ beer testing’ in Poland 😉 To our surprise the quite big group of not-knowing-themselves people have come to have a beer together – and that all in the middle of the week! (it was Tuesday) – that was awesome!

# 3.09.2016 –  Lightning Talk „Ruby on tests” during Rails Girls Poznań 2016 – we really appreciate being invited to such events like Rails Girls – that’s amazing opportunity to start the great ideas and practices in „fresh minds” of coding beginners – and that’s obvious: the earlier, the better 😉

# 29.09.2016 – extended discussion panel „White box, black box…grey box? Does the grey box exist?” during the biggest Polish software testing conference – TestWarez (very successful, let’s say ‚fiery’!)

# 20.10.2016 – our 2nd panel in Poznan – discussion panel entitled „Tester – the „right hand” of Product Owner or Project Manager?”. There are more and more people talking in out event, that’s amazing 🙂

# 1.12.2016 – discussion panel with Special Guest, Michał Buczko: Testerskie Rozmowy #3: Kręte ścieżki eksploracji (discussion panel about exploratory testing)

# 3-4.12.2016 – our workshops in Warsaw!!!! 🙂 (software testing workshops in Warsaw – capital city of Poland); partnership with such great people like from testerzy.pl

# 13.12.2016 – Tester, get hired! – recrutation event (recruitment event for testers who want to be hired, for recruiters who want to hire, and for people interested in learning how to be an attractive employee in software testing industry)

# 26.01.2017 – discussion panel „Transformation: manual tester => automation

# 6.02.2017 – „Tester, get hired!” 2nd edition 🙂! 🙂 our recrutation event in December 2016 was so successful that we were asked to organize one more – so we did!

# 21.02.2017 – our first discussion panel in Warsaw! 🙂! Topic: communication (within the team, dev-tester, PO-tester itd.)

# 23.03.2017 – discussion panel „The one project is not the other”, Poznań

# 27.03.2017 – the 1st discussion panel in Wroclaw! 🙂 as the event of festival Geek Week Wro
